Eye on Health - Pelvic Floor

What:
•Everyone has a pelvic floor and there are a number of issues that can surface, particularly as we age.
•You can think of your pelvis as being home to your bladder, uterus, prostate and rectum. Your pelvic floor is the home’s foundation keeping everything in place. Issues commonly arise as we age and the foundation weakens.
•Come hear Tina Tyndall, a PT and DPT with Providence address this important topic. She works with all genders to help them reach an understanding of the cause of problems like urinary and bowel dysfunction and why treatments can help to improve symptoms.
