Stay healthy, don’t forget your flu vaccine this year! Remember, getting the flu vaccine not only protects you, but also helps protect those around you.
DATES: Saturday, September 21 and Saturday, October 12
TIME: 10:00 am to 2:00 pm
LOCATION: Rainier Room
INSTRUCTIONS: Waivers not needed, bring your ID, bring both Medicare B and Medicare D or Advantage Plan. Please note if you have both Tricare and Medicare, Hawks Prairie Pharmacy will bill Medicare.
IMPORTANT: All Kaiser patients must go to Kaiser for their flu shot.
There will be two Hawks Prairie pharmacists onsite who can administer approximately 50 injections every hour, so wait times will be short and lines will move swiftly!
